In 2008, I wrote a couple songs inspired by James “Skeeter” Faulkner.  He’s been gone 12 years today. Answer Me from Heaven is essentially a letter to him written at 2am one night when I couldn’t sleep. A highlight of my songwriting hobby was when it was selected by a Nashville publisher to pitch to well-known artists Josh Turner. Ordinary Man was released on iTunes by a band in the UK (I actually got a little tiny check for that one :). The singer on “Listening” is Jeff Carson and the singer on Ordinary Man is Ron Wallace–two well-known Nashville talents....
